Kendra believes in client-centered care. She enjoys collaborating with clients to develop a treatment approach tailored to their unique lifestyles and goals. During treatment, she focuses on promoting function by using techniques such as Swedish, myofascial release, active and passive stretching, and gentle joint mobilizations.
