Ingrid brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through her involvement in
the treatment and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries over the past 20 years.

Sarai Goodwin
Sarai has been an RMT since early 2010. She was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia and graduated from the 3,000 hr Massage Therapy Diploma program at WCCMT in Victoria in 2009.

Growing up Karolina participated in every sport under the sun and has scars to prove it! A passion for living an active lifestyle and thirst for knowledge drove her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

My experience at Island View Physio was across the board incredibly positive. From the receptionist to the RMT, they were professional and welcoming. The environment was peaceful and calming, and my RMT massage had a spa-like energy to it. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for fantastic Massage Therapy services on the peninsula, and I will certainly be returning!
